Transportation to the resort

Guests should fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is located just 15mins from the airport. Airport transfers to and from the resort should be booked in advance by ENTERING THE FOLLOWING LINK IN YOUR WEB BROWSER. For guests staying for 4 nights and longer, transfers are complimentary. For guests staying for shorter stays, there would be a small charge of $26USD per person round trip. 

To use the link to book your transfers, you will need to enter the booking number sent to you on Booking Confirmation and have your flight information on hand.  If the link does not work, please just refresh the page in your browser. 

Your transportation is shared with other guests and there could be stops at other Palace properties before your destination. The waiting time should be between 20 to 25 minutes once you contact PALACE RESORTS.

Steps to follow after picking up your luggage 
First you must identify the terminal where you are (it is indicated on your plane ticket)
TERMINAL 2 INTERNATIONAL or TERMINAL 3
After picking up your luggage, please leave through the door indicated as pre-contracted services. You will find a PALACE RESORTS representative who carries a sign with the PALACE RESORTS logo, a cream color shirt with the Palace Resorts name embroidered and beige trousers. He/she will ask for your details, and provide you with the transportation ticket for your return to the airport.
TERMINAL 2 NATIONAL
After picking up your luggage, go out through the first glass door. The exit is on your right and you will find a PALACE RESORTS representative who carries a sign with the PALACE RESORTS logo, a cream color shirt with the Palace Resorts name embroidered and beige trousers. He/she will ask for your details, and provide you with the transportation ticket for your return to the airport.
TERMINAL 4
After picking up your luggage, please walk directly to the second glass door. Once you cross it (not at the door indicated as families and friends), turn left and follow THE DEPARTURE OF PRE-CONTRACTED SERVICES SIGN. Go straight until you find a representative of PALACE RESORTS who carries a sign with the logo of PALACE RESORTS, a cream color shirt with the PALACE RESORTS embroidered and beige trousers. He/she will ask for your details, and provide you with the transportation ticket for your return to the airport.
